   I've been looking for a Honda Acty and have found the prices to be all over the place. It's difficult to tell from pictures what's what. Is there a CARFAX-type search for minis?

   I found one with a "Special Price." Looks good in pics, except for some scattered green paint on it and a little dented front end, the undercarriage pics look good too.
