New to these little trucks. Got it for the wife to use around the farm. She loves it. Much better than the Ez-Go golf cart she had been using.

A few issues right off the bat some of you may have some pointers on.
Idle seem really high and it running WAAY rich. I adjusted the idle speed and mixture by feel and sound and I think it's a bit better. The old plugs were BLACK. Put in new NGK's.

Seems to take forever to warm up, like the thermostat may have been removed. I'll check that later.

Are the blower motors on these things pretty weak? Seems like it's just barely moving air.

I added 4.5oz of Seafoam to the crankcase and ran it for a few minutes. Drained the oil and got over 3.25 qts of oil out of it without pulling the old oil filter. Refilled with 5w-30 since I'm in a cold region and some more Seafoam. The new oil filters should be here today. I'm going to run it for a few days and let the Seafoam do it's thing.

We seem to get 3rd when trying to start out in 1st an awful lot. Do I need a shifter rebuild kit?

Is there any way to tell if the timing belt needs replacement besides tearing it all apart?

Hopefully there is a nice little sticker on the timing cover saying when it was last changed.
I need to look into the blower motor. It can't even keep the windows defrosted. Must be something amiss.
