2003 Mitsubishi wuling dragon lzw6360 4 speed minicab. i am attempting to turn it into a small food/snack truck for my niece/nephew/god children. its has no title. more challenges i could use help with ; it will stall every time i put it into gear. found cracks on a house coming into carb. fixed yet still stalls? the governers is still attached yet not wired into the truck system anymore. i was told that the master cylinder needed to be rebuilt or replaced when i purchased it but nothing more. i have no idea what to start to work on first to get it to stay running. i have driven a block of two in it but always stalls. how do i check the vin number as every site i try comes back not found? thankl in advance
