I drive a Toyota Townace truck with a 4k engine on it and a 4speed manual gearbox, drives great but it beeps once it passes 100km/hr. I would like to know if there is any problem if i drive it at 140km/hr because the beep just wont stop once it passes 100km/hr of which 100km/hr is not really comfortable for a long drive. i realise it will be revving so high past 100km/hr and it doesnt have a rev counter. would it damage the engine to drive at 140km/hr.Can i get a 5speed gearbox that fits on a 4k engine?
