Only 2 vacuum lines are used. One goes to the map sensor and I think the other one went just after the carb. I will take some pictures for you
It comes with everything that you will need, except for a choke cable.
I used the ones that came with the struts. It definitely is not a Is cadillac ride, but they do the job for a ranch truck.

Just unplug the sensor and attach (lead wire) it to a ground point. There are a couple frame screws right next to it that will work perfectly
Replace the carb with a motorcycle carb. You will need to add manual choke, but your problems will be gone. I posted a thread on what I used
