Hi , im new here , i have a Mag 2005 , auto, air cond ,,,, love it , i would like to remove or raise the rpm limiter , all i can tell is that it has nothing to do with the speedo ,,, it will do 42 at the he rev limiter , it appears to be an electronic limiter , and other the install an MSD jgnition , i dont know how to remove it ? The engine can eaisily handle more rpm , its set very low , Any advice ? Thank u.warden
Hey , i figured out how to remove the limiter , very simple , it electronic , ! Way better ride now ! Just did 35 miles ... Top speed was 67mph as per GPS ... Now i can run with traffic and not be in the way .... Pretty good for all 35.5 hp ! I actuall passed some slower large trucks on hills posted 55 ! Warden
Hello can you tell me how you got the limiter off? I have a 2009 Suzuki carry and sounds like the same issue. May not be the same exact motor however sounds like similar issue and may be a similar fix. Thank you
I just bought a 2008 Mag International, very slow. How do you remove the speed limiter, any help would be great. Thanks Kevin
