looks good! what did you use for the inside of the doors? It looks like it's reflecting.

  3. Thanx :)

The old panels looked like crap, so I shot some bedliner on the doors and made new panels using clear .093" Lexan sheet cut to fit and painted them from the inside using Pactra R/C body paint followed by a coat of bedliner to keep it from scratching...

  5. Thanx :)

I made the new panels out of clear Lexan (same stuff used for R/C car bodies)

After sizing everything up and drilling the holes (which was easy since it was clear), I just taped off a printed logo and shot it with Pactra Metallic Red follow by a full back coating of Pactra Outlaw Black :)

The results are shown as a glossy clearcoat on the other side where the paint cannot be scratched

Looks Great!!!!.. What kind of blade did you use to cut the Lexan??

  8. What are you selling the truck for. LHD should sell pretty quick!

  9. I used a pair of curved Lexan scissors :)

You can get one at any decent Hobby shop for just a few bucks

Sold it for $2k a couple of days after I posted these pix

  10. You sold it for only $2,000? Wow! I been selling a few through our shop and would have sold a Mini in that condition for around $7,000. I have a '92 Mits dump that I'm selling for around $7,500, a '93 Mits for $6,500 and sold a '93 Mits a month ago for $7,000. If you decide to sell another truck in that condition in the future let me know. I'm in Florida every winter and would pick it up from you.

  11. I actually bought it for $501.01 at a local auction, but sold it because it was only 2WD :(

I had my eye on a clean 4WD w/dump, but I got outbid (silent bid auction)
