Ignition timing

    Found specs but can’t find the access plug for the timing Mark. Where do I point the timing light? Pic would be helpful. E07A

    did you meanwhile find the info? In case you find a online japanese repair manual, use https://lens.google/ to translate
    Scan and translate text, Translate text in real time, look up words

    No answers yet. Guess no one ever checks ignition timing. I do have a translator. Very handy.

    It’s on the topside of the engine on the driver side between the engine and transmission. Maybe a one inch square plug with a little tab to grab and pull it up. Don’t have a picture handy but can get one if you can’t find it.

    Trying to post pictures is harder than checking the timing. It’s on driver side under the clutch linkage under that black plug

    Getting old aint easy / need to pay closer attention
