Np! Glad to have helped. Depending on the seller though, some won't sell overseas as all are mostly based in Japan. But there is a option in the adv search for that. Think all found in the link ships overseas to the states or anywhere else.

Apologies for the double post. This is a more recent picture of how RotaJet is doing. Runs and rolls forward and backwards under its own power. Waiting on a steering wheel hub adapter so the shop came move forward to getting it to turn better to account for how big the tires are and how they stick out. Plus, many more to come. 25398856_10155952238399931_3316761959238840038_n.jpg

Got it out on the highway and upto 60-mph. Had to run out to the truck scales so I could wiegh it to see how much weight I needed to add in the bed to balance the load. Don’t get much chance to actually use 4th and 5th gear without being in low range.

Then, I added 480 pounds of sand in the back, to get the weight distribution back to 50/50 with the plow hanging off the front. Without the weight the rear wheels really want to spin.

A tip to other folks thinking of increasing th spring rate: the springs designed for use one coil over shocks work on our trucks. And, they make them in variable rates. So, you can get a spring that is just a little higher than stock, which lifts you a bit, and isn’t very joking when you’re unloaded. But gets stiffer as the suspension compresses, so you can run heavier loads without bottoming out the springs. I bought my truck to plow with, and have a set of 250-450 springs on it. They are a little light, for the plow I bought, and if I did it again I’d probably look at a 275-500 if I did it again.

Spray on Ute liner in the cab. Should help to stop paint wearing out on the wheel arches when getting in and out.
Will do the tray next week.

Nice! I did something like that with my Hijet. It is the heat lowering type and have it around the whole cab. Looks good but I might have to respray around the foot wells as they are a little warn down there from my shoes.

Nice I need to look into doing this as I have touched up the paint only to rub it off but I get in and out alot. Tuskano did you notice it helped with the engine noise?

No, still gets really loud in the cab when I drive. But it does feel cooler inside when it gets hot last I remember driving in warm weather. I have it all around the interior of the cab including the top. Only thing though is I have no headliner, all just thin metal up there.

Lol... it's still in progress. The last picture I posted is it's most recent picture. Still has the cooling system needing to be worked out, steering, interior of the cab needs finished, and a possible wide body kit. But it's almost there.

Some mockups the shop has been doing for the Hijet body kit. I am loving how it is going to look. Also, pictures of the removable steering wheel adapter. Last picture is... the drive shaft! Look how tiny it is to a normal car (long one is a E30 BMW) haha.

I've installed lots of car stereos over the years and I couldnt resist this challenges of this small space. I Installed 6.5" coaxial speakers in pods on the doors of my 94 hijet. They sound pretty good even with the cheap shallow plastic Boss Audio head unit i got off amazon. Its always the speakers and their placement that make all the difference. Everything else is designed to match and drive the speakers (amps, crossovers, enclosures, power requirements, fuses etc...). I can fade between the little paper cone in the dash and the big speakers in the doors and because that little speaker cracks me up I'm leaving it. might be fun to design a 7th order band pass Subwoofer box to mount under the cab and vent to cab but i would need to measure the trucks acoustics first and It would be lots of math to do though, maybe this winter. Low frequency transducers on the back wall might work well in this location. Has anyone done that?
oops, look like someone spilled their pop on the dash panel when it launched from his lap during a brake check. gotta remember to install cup holder and clean that up.Btw where are all your cup holders mounted?

I did that to mine also plus added some 1" tweeters on the dashboard and a kicker amplified subwoofer behind the drivers seat. Sounds really good.
If you look up a Japanese brochure you will see that there is a factory ovehead rack tha goes on the jumbo a cab where you can see some factory speakers attached. I just made such rack and putting some 4" midrange speakers in a 6x9 enclosure. Should add a nice touch to the system. What radio did you end up using?

Boss audio 612 i think was looking for a shallow cheap radio w/bluetooth.
    I purchased the radio here

First 2 loads were regular top soil and that one was garden mix, handled the half cubic meter(~500kg) ok, granted it's just 50kph zones between home and the garden center.

Thanks Limestone. Now I just need to decide if it needs some military style decals or if I should leave it clean and uncluttered, decisions...decisions!

Filled it up, and I’m now getting about 40-mpg putting around town at low speed. Last fill up was showing 51-mpg, and I was pretty sure I had missed putting a fill up in the database.

But with this one, it seems that the tuneup, and getting the carb set right, coupled with not doing two miles of full throttle acceleration runs every day, has had a drastic impact on the fuel economy.

This is the second one with far better mileage than I was getting. So, I think I’ll trust it.

Stumbled over the stock T& Ws' this am Decided they needed to go some where else, then I remembered had some spray paint
left and might as well use it. I will use em back and forth with my better set, but tires are good so why not and will see if theres
any difference in the running of the truck

Knocked down a tree for a colleague, can fit a ridiculous amount on these little trucks, always puts a smile on the peoples place at the dump.

First time I ran mine to the dump, I took a large load of cardboard. They make you stack it in an enclosed warehouse, where their cardboard bailer is. The office and scale are on the side of the building, with a door into the warehouse area.

So, I backed in and hit the dump button. The gal in the office, heard teh hydraulics, and came charging through the door, thinking I was running the baler.

The look on her face, as she saw the elevated bed, and realized it was a dump truck was priceless.

I lost traction in a cloverleaf onramp and spun into the concrete barrier. Left side of the front bumper is a bit dinged up and the passenger door is sitting funny. Hopefully once I pull the bumper off, the door will go back to normal and I won't have to unbend any metal. Hopefully. Unfortunately, I can't find any resources on front bumper removal and it isn't readily apparent while looking at the bumper how to take it off. Will need to take a closer look soon. Have any of you guys pulled off your front bumper?

You need to go to the top of this page and follow the procedure in the blue section so that we know what kind of truck you're talking about. Thanks.

Thanks Limestone, I've filled that info out now. I managed to get the bumper off. Some metal is banged up and my passenger door is now slightly lopsided. I'll post some pics at a later date when I've actually done something about the problem.
