having a hard time finding model and chassis descriptions. What is the sdx? Is there somewhere with a model breakdown?
EN07C is the carbureted engine, EN07Y is the EFI supercharged engine. KS4 is the 4WD pickup, KS3 is the 2WD pickup. i would guess the SDX is a supercharged model

SDX is short for "Super DeluXe" It is the version of the Sambar with the most "options" The SDX is available with and without a Supercharger. It is also available with and without Air Conditioning.
carbureted SDX are funky with the options, my base model 91 had AC and all the other options except for the headache rack. my 97 is a super deluxe and has nothing extra but the headache rack
AC was an option on all trims of the Sambar truck. I am not sure how expensive it was, but not a lot of people sprung for it.
