Hi Folks, My name is Charles. I am considering buying Mitsubishi Minicab U15T Supercharged truck. If it were necessary, could the supercharger be removed or simply disconnected leaving the engine to run normally aspirated? Apparently this truck operates just fine, but if the sc were to quit would it leave you dead in the water? Thanks for any help you can offer.
It would run enough to get you home, if it like seized up. You would just take the belt off. It would have so little power and run horrible. A SC is a huge volume to attempt to put under vac. It'll never happen with 660cc so it probably would not idle well, and with no power
