The truck usually sets in it’s enclosed garage for 3-5 months in the winter, as it is not able to lift Round Bales. Battery went dead even on a trickle charger.<br />

I have a new to me Minicab. Looks like vin number (under left hand seat) U42T-0305587<br />
That is about all I know about it.<br />
I dont know what year it is.<br />
Does not start after it rains.(ignition coil?)<br />
I put new plugs in it and took me two nights after work.Googled issue and ended up on this forum,I found a thinner walled socket to get rear plug out.<br />
Do these have an ecm?<br />
Any one know of a coil that would work that doesnt cost 175$<br />
Any idea what year it is?<br />

I know its not a rev governor because you can red line it in 1st gear and it wont care, second you can because I can do 25 in second and of coarse very little throttle in 3rd and youre doing 25. thats when the GOV light lites up and the engine cuts out to slow down. I did some good searching and someone told me there were 2 screws on the back of the speedo that adjusts when that kicks in. mine did NOT...<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[So I have lost my only key, and I live  no where near a lock smith that can work on the actual ignition.  Another thread posted here says to pop the door locks off and have the lock smith work from these, which I have. Next week they will be sent off.  However what makes me nervous about this is door lock tumblers are not as sensitive as ignition tumblers.  Case in point I once had another key cut from the original and it would only work in the door, not the ignition.  Anyway, if this fails...<br />
