i have a 93 Suzuki Carry 4wd and can't find the fill hole, I saw a thread that shows a 3/8 socket spot on the side of the trans, but mine doesnt have it. Does any one know where it is?

Surprised no one has answered yet. I am not familiar with what you have so can only offer this. Go to suzuki.epcdata.ru/carry/ and look around. It is a Russian site but easy to find your way around on and you should be able to find the info you need.

If your talking about the tranny,on mine it's on the right side just below the casting webbing and takes a 3/8 extension to remove it. It's in behind the shifter cable and a little hard to see.

I have to back up here,I just looked at my '95 Scrum, which is a Carry in disguise, and it's a 4 speed and no plug on the tranny, just the transfer case. The other one that I looked at this morning is a spare I have and I'm pretty sure it's a 5 speed and does have the plug on the right side. I'm not sure of the year of the 5 speed as I got it in a deal when I bought a '93 and the guy threw in 2 engines and one was complete with tranny. Long story short if your truck is a 4 speed there is probably not a fill plug on the tranny. I changed the fluids in mine when I bought it but that was 4 or 5 years ago and I don't remember.

So no plug so far, but there is a small rubber plug on the rear right side of trans, about the width of a pencil, thinking maybe that is the fill hole. Mine is the 4 speed- it has me a bit perplexed

Found it- it was above the drain plug on the back side

I'm glad you solved your problem but now you caused me to be in a dilemma. I always thought this spare tranny I have is a 4 speed like I have in my Scrum but after checking closer trying to help you I find that it's a 5 speed. Now I have to decide how bad I want to change it out.
