Trucks with tracks in deep snow

So, for those of you that have tracks on your mini trucks and run them in the snow, how deep of snow can you go through? I know that snow conditions can vary and the types of snow will make a difference. I am just talking "normal" snow....not fine, sugary or hard crusty snow...but normal, if there is such a thing.

I have watched you tube videos, but can't really find one where they are in deep, like waist deep snow. By my calculations my truck should float, but I am a bit nervous taking that jump off the trail into the waist deep powder. If I sink to the bottom, I may not get back out until spring!!

Can anyone tell me first hand, or lead me to a video where they have been in deep powder and the truck floats just fine??

    Thanks for your help!!

I have seen my truck in 4' of snow, 4 guys in the box, 2 in the cab, UP area and sunk about 3".

Excellent, thanks woodhe1 !!! That is the kind of report I am looking for. Hoping there will be a good amount of snow near my house when I get home. Want to do a test drive before I go out in the back country with it, and get it stuck!!

We have the same truck and tracks, so I should see similar results! My truck has a topper, so it will be a little heavier...but you had all those people in yours.
