How minitrucks are refurbished in Philippines

    Just sharing a short video how these little trucks are given a new life. Commonly called as "MULTICAB" short for multi-purpose cab, its even a brand. Haha Multicab is a brand but been used synonymously througout the country. Never mind some workerts who arent wearing gears nah its a common sight here.

    That looks like a very thorough reconditioning! In the metal fab segment, was that a complete new bed being built? Or a frame? Or was that building a new cab for the bus type?

    Yes theyre completely fabricated. Bus type are for passengers.

    Seems as if most everything is checked and repaired as needed. I bought my little van last year and so far it has treated me as a new vehicle. One little glitch with the fuel gauge, but they took care of it under warranty.

    It arrives here as pile of cr** 18-19 units in a container.
