Hey guys, I am new on here but trying to get some help with my 96 mits U42T.....

The truck was running a little rough as it had been sitting for some time without being run and I was told to take the carb off and go through it which I have done on other trucks many times and even this one in the past. The fuel pump was working great before just running a little rough as if things were gummed up. I took the carb off went through it and put it back on now the fuel pump will not pump. I checked the fuses under the steering column and the few that are on the passenger side, of course I have no clue what the are for because its all in Japanese but they all appeared to be good. What would be the next thing to check or where to start? What triggers the fuel pump or sends power to it?
