I am in the process of having a importer do my bidding on a mini-truck that I would like to purchase. Please I am interested only in the DB52T which is a 1999 or a 2000 (has to be 15 years old to import into Canada.) Please only post for information on this model. I know how differentials work and hub-locks etc, I just want to know the specifics of this model. If you could enclose a picture. I want to make sure I import the right vehicle since I need it to work properly in the mud and snow.

Can you please tell me on this model how do you engage the 4WD? Do you pull a lever up?

How do you lock the differentials so that all the wheels turn at the same time? Is there a button that will lock both front and rear differentials? Are they separate functions to lock front and rear?

Is there locking wheel hubs on the front end?

Is high/low gearing included on most DB52T trucks?

Is the differential lock hard to find on the DB52T trucks?

I have a 1999 DB52T with locking rear differential. 4WD is engaged with a lever behind the gear shift for 2WD, 4HI, 4LO. The diff lock is engaged by a push button on the dash to the right of the steering wheel. There are no locking hubs on the front wheels.
